Digital services platform, you can open a client account that gives
full access to our broad range of services.
Your K Digital account provides tools that simplify the introduction
of data, even by the authors themselves, via Internet, from home
or from work. On the other hand, you can control in real-time the
use of titles, sent data quantities and outpayments performed by
K Digital on your data. The system fully complies with author rights
norms and legislation- not only an imperative but also a bare necessity
in this sector. |

For each song, we apply a content-conversion
fee. K Digital can handle the complete conversion and insertion
of meta-data. If information is already available, we can seamlessly
incorporate this information in our database, making it available
to multiple platforms in multiple formats. |

| For archiving the content and providing
full-time access and services to our clients, and brokerage services,
we charge a monthly maintenance fee, depending on the quantity of
content stored in our fully secure asset store. a. 10-1000 songs: 20 €/month b. 1000-5000 songs: 50 €/month c. 5000 or more songs: 100 €/month |

Basic: Above-mentioned
archiving and maintenance fee includes our basic brokerage service,
which automatically includes all your content in our prospectus
for resellers. |

| For preparation and customizing your catalogue
to a resellers´ needs, a fee may be applied depending on the
technical specifications, although the basic services are provided
for free. Please contact us to obtain an
